Shipping and Handling
It is our policy to ship your items as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 12pm Eastern will typically ship within 24 hours; however, some items can take up to 72 hours to ship. We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Items ordered together may not ship together and may not ship on the same day. If your order includes in-stock items, you may receive it in multiple shipments. Additionally, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, while others ship from our warehouse. Please note that while an order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments, shipping is charged only once based on a flat fee per order, not per item.
Shipping Time Estimates
We use FedEx as our primary method of shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on location and whether the item is in stock or back-ordered. Items usually ship from 2-7 days within Canada and 3-7 days to the US for items that are in stock.

Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
Express delivery is not available for some provinces in Canada or some States in the US.

Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
Next Business Day delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Canada Post, United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

We are able to accept or ship international orders.

Order Status and Tracking
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
The first confirms that your order was received; this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
The second confirms that your order was shipped. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the “tracking Number” link provided in the email.

Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we’ll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.
Change in Your Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
